We’ve been taking care of my sister-in-law’s 2 pups for 6 months now while she recuperated from an illness and then moved to a more suitable place. She is doing so much better and so they will be going back to her next week. I am so happy she has recovered, but I’m going to miss these little guys so much! Top two pics…

Mr Grumpypants here (usually known as Joss) would like it well known that he is, without a doubt, THE MOST UNLOVED DOG IN THE WORLD. (Or so the grumbles, whines, and very heavy sighs that issue from him every 5-10 minutes assure me.)

Awwww I love Sheela, as I’m partial to big dogs. Amy (my smallest) is here being small and stunting on everybody and Willow (the largest and dumbest) overheated this morning during our bike ride and had to be rescued by car....

This is our Bridget. She has a bit of a bum leg at the moment which is stressing me out, but she still cuddles like a champ while we re-watch Battlestar Galactica.

This is Sammy, an old (13ish) rescue mix whose breath STINKS but I still love. In the summer he sleeps under this bench because it’s the coolest place in the kitchen. He could go into the living room to be in the AC but he insists on staying next to my desk while I work.

Orion was quite annoyed when he felt my picture taking was preventing him from continuing to chew his toy.

It was our yellow Lab’s 10th birthday last Saturday, so we did her favorite things: swimming and eating. Our other dog is the crazed chocolate one and the gray pibble is my grandog : D
