Its not hard to tell the difference in a video between 30 and 60 fps. 30fps is noticeably choppy and there is slow down. And sorry, fangirl. tv =/= internet videos btw. and 24fps is used for PAL/NTSC restrictions and rendering fps vs recording fps is not the same either. Maybe you should learn how FPS works.
