It’s a little confusing. The SCI that comes with some TS clearances is the general ability to be read on to individual compartments. The compartments themselves (what this article refers to as “code-words”) are assigned once you’re part of a mission or project.

Not true. Only one SSBI is required to grant TS/SCI.

Collateral information is anything outside your agencies’ discipline. For example, the NSA would refer to CIA analysis as collateral. It can be TS.

FOUO isn’t a classification by itself. It’s a caveat to Unclassified.

There was no way an entire jury was going to find this woman guilty; her side of the story was plausible. My biggest worry about the Edwards murder trial is one or two bootlickers on the jury…
