Thank you for posting this. The comment section of the article yesterday on the CDC’s guidelines was a disaster zone of misinformation and panic. It made me worried for our collective sanity; this puts me more at ease.

I’m not trying to get into it with you, but the very important thing is that if you’re doing your own thing and being more cautious that the CDC recommends, that might be going “too far”, but the only downside is your own sacrifice of a small bit of personal comfort.
