I developed a cardio preference of 20-25 minutes at pretty high intensity. Running or rowing a 5k are my go to cardio routines. That time/intensity keeps my cardio in good condition and fits my need to not spend all day working out.

I got the adjustable DBs that only go up to 50lbs.  I’m doing 25 reps on the press, but figure volume vs weight is fine. I don’t want to start putting a bunch of DBs in my garage and don’t think any adjustables go above 50 per DB.

That Taycan Cross Turismo has all the sizzle. I’m not really in the market for a vehicle that costs that much though. I have tried to convince my friend who has a Model S approaching 100k that it should be his next car. Not that I’m angling for a chance to drive his car or anything.

Sounds safe. Masshole driving standards require you to attempt to touch the bumpers with the car in front of you if it’s not going as fast as you would like.

I wonder how localized it is. I was at the Mazda dealer in Westwood, MA yesterday and surprised to still see a sign at the dealer saying they pay $500 over what CarMax offers. Maybe what CarMax offers has also started to drop making the CarMax benchmark a still viable idea?

The Model S is a seriously nice car. I find the rest of the Tesla offerings bland and overpriced for what they are. The interiors of the 3 and Y are soooo bad. The X has those dumb ass doors and looks like a swollen tick that is due to pop.
