My favorite cookies are little meringue puffs flavored with almost anything you can think of. Instant espresso made an excellent add in. Crush up some starlight mints in there too and I don’t need another cookie for the rest of my life.

I find a lot of protein powders overly sweet. A hit of instant coffee ads some bitterness and takes the edge off, plus the added caffeine is a an energy boost. Read more

You missed chili. One of my favorite chili recipes uses a instant coffee and cocoa to bring out some of the dark and savory flavors of the meat, beans and of course the chilies.

Try sprinkling some on ice cream. I like it in cold milk with other flavorings. I want credit for adding it to Cream of Wheat and creating caffeinated breakfast cereal.

This sounds . . . uh . . . interesting.
Another not-cheese thing you can do is to use shio koji and tofu, which is not instant but in a day or two you will have a block of tofu that tastes distinctly bacterial in a way that is similar to cheese.
