You missed chili. One of my favorite chili recipes uses a instant coffee and cocoa to bring out some of the dark and savory flavors of the meat, beans and of course the chilies.
Try sprinkling some on ice cream. I like it in cold milk with other flavorings. I want credit for adding it to Cream of Wheat and creating caffeinated breakfast cereal.

FWIW... you can make miso pickles, by burying sliced veg in miso paste. They’re really good, if you like miso!
