As an ardent toyota fan, I 100% agree. When you compare a stripper xterra vs a 4runner of the same year you can end up paying 40% more for the Toyota where I live. If you’re going to beat it up offroad anyway, go with the Nissan. I’ve driven a few, they’re thirsty and not fast, but have torque where you need it.
