I’m with you. There are legitimate criticisms of any plan. The seawall will impact some people as well. The impacts may be great. This doesn’t mean the the plan shouldn’t move forward. It should just be evaluated on its merits.

Similar situation for me. This may be an instance where I will be asking for forgiveness instead of permission.
