I got so frustrated with my (older) wireless mouse and keyboard that I drove to the store and purchased the wired kind. No more battery issues. No more having to un-pair and re-pair bluetooth between multiple laptops. Plug it in and it works.

Agree on the assortment of articles. I barely check into flipboard on account of the amount of garbage that is there. As for special effects, it might grab my attention briefly but hopefully they realize that content is going to rule the roost in a news aggregating service...

It might be because they are that good. The wake-up lights made a huge difference for me. Not saying that gawker is getting money for the promotion - but if you trouble waking up in the morning consider a wake up light. The cheapo philips version has done wonders for me.

The toilets with a view is pretty common in the Canadian Rockies. Many hiking trails have the toilets set up with some of the best views from camp. Do other places do this too?
