Plausible, ejecting is done by pulling a handle located conveniently in between the passengers legs. Maybe they thought it was just a regular handle to hold on to and then accidentally pulled it out.

Another possibility is that the civilian triggered the ejection accidentally, perhaps holding onto exactly the wrong part of the aircraft while experiencing the thrill of takeoff.
Why the neighbor or the company couldn’t clean the car themselves is a bit of a mystery
You forgot the most important bit.
It’s also a great car to impress your future wife with, if you’re name is Niki Lauda.
IMO a GT should at least try to seat more than 2. That said, the solution to this would actually be quite simple - three abreast seating with the driver in the middle like in the F1.
Ridesharing as a way to reduce car ownership only works if the drivers are doing so part time. The problem is that it seems that these companies have basically encouraged people to go out and buy cars so that they can try to make a living from it.
It’s about time they started looking at bringing back underfloor aero. Heck, they probably should have gone this route years ago. That said, if they do go down this direction, they probably need to be very strict with the front and rear wing regulations, as it will be hard for teams to “unlearn” all they have for the…
Need to add a disclaimer to the “Unlimited Development” bit. Unlimited development only applies when the teams don’t get caught.
It’s dependent on who has the best technology, not who’s the best racer.
But then it wont be a crossover that people will actually buy, new even, and instead be a coupe that will only be bought by a select few people, and used as well.
Seems like ordering a pizza and having it delivered around the world is odd and probably futile in terms of tasting good, but it is far from an extravagant money to burn type of thing.
No, from NY to LA then back to NY.
It would have cost more, but David couldn’t find the “pre-rusted” option that he had recommended when he was still working for Jeep.
Sadly not happening. According to FCA (as mentioned on Doug Demuro’s review), 80% of mid-size pickup truck sales are for 4-door crew cabs. So going after that segment makes the most sense.
They should have set the video to canto-pop and then have Jackie Chan drive it off after.
I love these things. 3000GTs/GTOs are probably the quintessential Bubble Era design. Whereas its competitors were all based on “proper” rear-wheel drive layouts, Mitsubishi started out with a FWD layout, put AWD and then threw in as much money and technology into it as they could.
Probably just worried about the participants dying because of the local wildlife.
Less weight in the rear mean sless weight pushing the tires down, therefore less grip. Also, there's the weight of the electric motor out back to consider.
Both are "ripping off" the Ford GT, specifically the rear flying buttress C-pillar (though the Fezza obviously has to build around the 488's large side intakes).
