You really don't think a dozen other companies would jump at replacing Samsung as one of Apple's major suppliers? I can't see how ending its contracts with Apple could possibly hurt anyone but Samsung.
Worldwide, yes. If you look at developed countries only, Mac marketshare is closer to 15%.
iOS 4 wasn't as quick as iOS 3, obviously, but iOS 5 isn't noticeably slower than iOS 4.
Are you using fetch email? i.e. your iPad checks every X minutes for new mail? If you set your iPad to do this frequently and you have many email accounts, this may drain your battery.
Oh, please. When will people stop using the 3G running iOS 4 as an example of how horribly unoptimized iOS is? Using this example either shows that you have a lack of knowledge/analysis or that you're a troll.

... oh. I totally misread your post.
How is that off topic? You said that if students are in a class they should have the right to do homework for another class. Batman said no. And he's right.
When did you go to US high school? In the past one to two decades it has gotten ridiculously competitive.
Are you saying someone who intentionally abuses the network, thereby degrading the service of everyone around them, isn't a douchebag?
"for every "douchebag" who dares to use as much data as they want on an unlimited data plan, there's probably 200 or more that use 0.5GB or less"
Can you please explain why this is outrageous? It's not. He's right; unlimited data was a horrible idea.
