I use the "standard" ones. basically ends up being a replacement for gatorade on long runs/workouts.
Started using it after I noticed I was drinking so much water and sweating so much that my sweat no longer tasted salty by the end of a run. (talking 15-26 miles here, not just a 5k or something.)
