“We closed out of respect for our employees. Now that we don’t respect them anymore, we will be open on Thanksgiving.”

He makes his living with a bike, and he expects us to believe he just bought his from some stranger on the side of the road?

This isn’t about grammar. Well for some it may be, but it really is a confusing way to phrase something and I don’t think people are bringing it up just to be contrarian. I, too, was wondering, but not because I wanted to copy edit an online writer’s work.

He should really allow for some losses in there. Otherwise he will get tired in the middle of a series.

After the WBC and this, Molina has had a bad year for complaining. He is getting rather annoying.

Politics is not sports. That is what got us into this mess. Anybody rooting for someone just because of an R or D next to their name is the problem.

Did you just invent a law and then immediately invoke its corollary that states that whenever Trump is invoked, the resposnse is immediately “Nuh uh, but Obama”?

I normally defend Buck, but he almost went full “disgusting act” on Cruz.

Any indication on if the deal bars him from playing against Real? I would love to see him score a goal to knock them out of the next Champions League.

That uniform looks photoshopped.

Canadian wins tournament. Immediately starts apologizing.

Unions are awesome. They got this guy a $200 million contract. Without the union, he would be unable to choose a different place to play and forced to play for $10 million. It is ridiculous to blame a union because the multi-billion-dollar corporation also imparted its own demands in an agreement.

I love the first-base coach telling the guy all the way on third to run.

That was a very annoying World Cup to watch in 2010

Yeah, it was something that Deadspin came up with, except all the other news outlets and blogs and titles of mlb.com videos referring to it A bunch of morons on twiter as well, but they don’t count.

That was a bogus version of the article on Deadspin? Does this mean there was a real version that did not get published? If it is fake news does that mean he wasn’t actually memed with a Crying Jordan face?

He got the win, so I think that means everything was alright?

Because in English, if the noun has not shown up and been identified already, we normally use the article “the” to denote an idea rather than a specific thing. If he wanted it to mean an example of one, he would have said “a superteam”.

Are you that bad at basic arithmetic?

When will we stop letting them give TSA so much power?
