I had it for a number of years, right when I was starting to exercise regularly. Went on for years until it calmed down somewhat. Eating a boatload of yogurt sort of helps.

I think if I go on a whiskey run I'll buy those nozzles to put on top of the bottles. I have a tendency to pour too much.
