Not many people use these. The target market builds their own systems and upgrades them frequently. For this, you can only use their GPUs and apple has a poor history of timely upgrades to these machines. They won’t sell many and like the previous generation I expect it will sit there growing obsolete rapidly. People

You obviously know very little about what you’re going on about here, but I’ll agree that indeed cost isn’t a big factor. Apple is very weak on support and timely smooth upgrades though, so not many -maybe none- big rig shops use them for critical hardware.

Yeah I like Bubly. They’re flavorful and manage to avoid the artificial flavoring problem that lower end drinks have. And its often on sale at my store. Strawberry is surprisingly good and not as cloying as you’d think.

That disappeared quickly. I think it was an attempt to short their stock because the ingredients in question were orange and lemon essence that everyone uses as a flavoring. Yeah, in high concentrations, those will kill cockroaches I guess. And degrease an engine.

And then theres John Lithgow playing Churchill in The Crown. He’s a gangly 6'4 and Churchhill was a portly 5'6". This was an intentional, symbolic choice that worked pretty well I thought.

The ad age article has some info about who came up with this. It was NF’s Brazil division and Leo Burnett’s Brazilian outlet.

Their buyer demographics probably show a number of them still use CDs.

You can save the trouble of this by telling the phone to use JPG instead of HEIC. Under Settings -> Camera -> Formats, set it to “Most Compatible”

Rancidity has a technical definition - the oxidation of fats. Doesn’t imply safety. Some cheeses actually take advantage of rancidity to create their flavor.

*Currently* I don’t know. The idea here though is to reduce confusion by having better more universal guidelines on labeling.

The non-perishables don’t need the “Use By” because they don’t become unsafe (that’s why they’re non-perishable). Think flour, dry pasta, oils. They can acquire off tastes or rancidity but won’t make you sick.

I’ve DM’d to say nice things or have a question with no flirtatious intent. Am I doing it wrong?

Yeah, Kodak held/holds tons of foundational patents in digital imaging. But it was siloed away from their consumer division that generated the bread and butter revenue. In thinking about it, I’m not sure what they could have done instead. Film and processing were consumables. Digital isn’t. That revenue was going to

Yup. With spoofing the inevitable conclusion is that eventually everyone will have blocked everyone else.

They do exist! There’s a TV repair place near me. Some of these places survived by pivoting to contracting with the manufacturers to do warranty work.

Even if they did sell some in the US - I don’t know if they actually would - it would probably dilute the appeal in the home market, which would actually make it less desirable and feasible because part of the desirability is the exclusive nature of it.

Leather is shiny and makes noise. This car is for the person who is above all that and projects elegance through understatement.

Backup cameras are an attempt to reduce the numbers of small children being ran over every year because they cross behind the car and are too small to be seen through the glass. I have no beefs with this and neither should anyone else.

Other automakers do this too.
