Corvette C6. Unexpected answer is unexpected. By no means the most fuel efficient car ever made. However, if you drive it right, you can pull 30 mpg, which is pretty good for a V8 powered sports car. Most fuel efficient car? No. Most fuel efficient sports car? Possibly.
