i don't know why but this makes me very happy

Seconded. And he drags them out forever!

i love the sarah silverman project so very much.

same thing re: donald trump being orange and having awful hair & baby hands, steve bannon's constant case of hangover face. it's happening to both, but it's not necessarily good or helpful

it is pretty weird that all these commenters are talking oscars in the comments section of a newswire about the oscars less than 48 hours after said oscars occurred. seems damn near impossible to avoid!

this definitely happened.

i'm pretty good at my job too but if i sexually harassed anyone i work with i'd be fired immediately and have a hard time getting other work. certainly wouldn't be given an award of any kind.

yes but if you sexually harass your coworkers you still probably shouldn't get "employee of the month" either even if you're the best sandwich artist at quiznos

i always heard it as a yo mama joke but it was cher in the headlock

"and while we're at it, why isn't there a White Entertainment Television channel?"

EVERYONE BE NICE TO WHITE PEOPLE! HAVEN'T THEY BEEN THROUGH ENOUGH?

i signed in for the first time in months to upvote everyone in this thread that isn't you. so there's that.

good point, and you've backed it up well too. just kidding. fuck off. you're not welcome here.

maybe you're bad at learning then.

white dude here. i don't think this is racist at all. i'm white after all. what the fuck else are they going to call me?

hi. on behalf of other straight white guys, shut the fuck up. you're making us all look like whiny cowards.

not everyone acts like you though, so we need to have dialogs about it. this show is not the problem, and if anyone can afford to be taken down a peg or two, it's most white people.

i'm a straight white guy. i'm capable of finding things plenty offensive on my own, without your help. i am 1000% less worried about this show making me feel bad about being a straight white guy as i am the actions of millions of other straight white guys. i don't need your defense here. thanks!

in this case it's the marketing not wanting to give away the basic conceit of the movie, which is very different. i would be willing to bet money that this director didn't have anything to do with the trailer. if the filmmaker didn't want you to know this about the movie until later, he wouldn't spell it out in the

except that that's a final act reveal and this is the basic premise of the first twenty minutes of the movie. they're very different.
