I’m an excellent lawyer, and you’re getting overcharged. I just happen to need 15 minute breaks because researching and writing for 8 to 10 hours straight takes a bit of a toll. Besides, medical since (and my wife, being a neurologist has weighed in on this) says that taking a break for 10 or so minutes every hour or

Yeah... I know, it’s terrible when someone who holds knowledge explains a fundamental problem with the knowledge base of this country which is encapsulated so well in a mere two sentences.

Again, the Declaration has no legal significance. The Declaration neither confers rights nor gives power to the government to adjudicate anything. Scalia even said in Troxel v. Granville that the Declaration of Independence gives no rights to the judicial branch to adjudicate under the Declaration.

I posted a quote from an appellate court stating how the Declaration has no legal significance. It is not a legal doctrine and this has been recognized for over 200 years.

I’ll tell you exactly why (though, it’s a rather unpopular answer): Most of the “educators” don’t actually understand the material themselves. I’m speaking about K-12 educators. Once we’re up in graduate school, then yes, the educators understand, for example, the difference between the Declaration and the

It’s a rather disturbing commentary that you cite “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” in the same thought as “the Constitution protects the protestees just as much as the protesters.”

So... when you’re wrong, you act like a little bitch and take your ball and go home? I suppose that’s all we can expect from someone who’s so mentally insufficient that they can’t read an 11 word title and infer meaning.

You don’t? You don’t see 21 stars next to my comment and zero next to yours? Interesting. I’d suggest reading glasses.

Hmmm... I have no idea if that’s true. I mean, I could see that as you would have the antibodies in your system.

*and you’re contagious for up to 48 hours after symptoms have abated.

Did you not read the title?

Where did I say the article said that? All I said was basically, it’s disingenuous to even compare the two. An SSD will never be as good an upgrade as PS4K. It’s stupid to compare it. It’s like saying, “If you want to fly a plane, but can’t afford to buy a plane, buy a bicycle instead. It will get you where you want

Yeah, I agree that the GPU will be bottlenecked a bit, but since CPU and GPU do different things, the CPU shouldn’t be the bottleneck. The GPU will do all the rendering, shading, and things like that. The CPU shouldn’t really present a bottleneck because the GPU will be doing all the heavy lifting.

Hmmm.... I didn’t realize the $600-$1100 GPU you’ll need to run some higher end games will magically, and most importantly, at no cost to me, upgrade itself to be consistent with the latest technology.

I’ll bet my next paycheck that a HUGE consideration in the PS4K is PSVR. Sony is definitely going all in with PSVR and because they’re a huge manufacturer, they probably got access to AMD’s new GPUs before most. They’re going to turn around and use that to bump up the assets in VR to allow for a less cartoon-y

Ha, good point! I didn’t even think of that since I mostly play single player games (child of the ‘80s and ‘90s, before co-op, when “multiplayer” meant your friend was sitting next to you).

I’m not saying it will play 4K games. There’s virtually no chance. It will be a 4K media playback device. But... games will look better and the higher specs bode well for PSVR. It will allow PSVR to use higher res assets in VR while maintaining or exceeding the 90 FPS.

No. With a 14nm GPU that’s 230% more powerful, a more powerful CPU and RAM has a 20% larger bandwidth, an SSD is not the same.

Gee... it must be swell to have a job where you can just “go the fuck home.” Those of us in professional positions will get fired if we just “go the fuck home.”

As a tax attorney very familiar with IRS processes, hire a professional. We work with the IRS all the time and aren’t emotional about the process in the slightest.
