Jesus fucking Christ.
Jesus fucking Christ.
I agree. Aren’t the Thorium reactors, relatively-speaking, very safe?
Tell me you’re not actually serious that 25% of Americans believe the sun revolves around the Earth. Got a source on that?
But nuclear power is the evil one, right?
Well... considering there haven’t been too many (read, any) 1st world nations that have collapsed, your point is completely unsupported by human history.
Damnit, I was going to say the exact same thing. Nevermind that coal power kills more people due to pollution and coal mining than nuclear power ever has (including any and all accidents).
Really? So... our country hasn’t worked for 240 years? Other nations haven’t worked, ON THESE EXACT PRINCIPLES, for over a thousand years?
I think everyone should be prosecuted for breaking the law. I don’t think Reagan should have gotten off the hook, I think that GWB and Cheney should be tried as war criminals, I think that the banksters should be tried criminally, etc....
The entire server issue came to light after it was found out. They didn’t approve it. Cite a source where it explicitly said “Clinton’s email server was approved by the proper government agency (probably DOJ).”
They said no to a waiver to allow blackberry use by Clinton and her staff in secured areas. This was because, under Rice, they found the policy too large of a security risk. It’s all in the FOIA requested documents.
1. Doesn’t matter, she creates classified documents. She had knowledge of classified or classifiable information. Doesn’t matter if it was classified at the time, the punishment for release of classified information covers her in this situation.
Well, congrats on having one of the stupidest comments on the internet today. It’s early yet, so someone may say something dumber, but that’s got to feel good to be at the top.
You’re an idiot. Because someone doesn’t agree with you and calls you out on your bullshit, they’re a troll?
Got those in spades. Magna from JD, #1 from tax LLM, federal district law clerk, and private practice tax and corporate attorney will do that. Try to keep up.
Learn the law of the United States. End of story.
We have laws of this country based on a constitution. When duly elected, democratic leaders, make laws that are signed off on by an executive and reviewed by an independent judiciary, those are the best we can come up with. They may not be perfect, but it’s as close to perfect as we’re going to get for the foreseeable…
In fact, that is absolutely NOT what the court filings have said.
I didn’t engage in a constitutional analysis, but I’d be happy to prove your “expectation of privacy based on cases that aren’t even within 40 years” woefully wrong. Do you think those analyses just stopped 40 years ago and there’s been no privacy case since Smith v. Maryland?
Are you saying my remark is lazy? Because if you want a full constitutional analysis of privacy, I’d be happy to provide one. I’m a federally licensed attorney who has drafted US District Court decisions on constitutional issues. This is my area of expertise.
The redneck biker gets it.
