Back in 2003, I really thought Ford's "SuperCooler" was going to be pretty much standard fare on all its supercharged and turbo offerings, and would eventually become prevalent across the industry. It seemed so simple and straightforward: using cooled glycol from the A/C system to lower the temperature of the

I agree, my personal preference is for analog, and based on the widespread abandonment of digital by OEMs in the 90s, most customers prefer analog. I was just pointing out that it is a matter of preference, as I'm sure there are some on here that will swear digital is easier to read. But if there isn't much of a

1/10 here for both the pickup and DD Escort. Can't believe I survived the drive to work this morning.

So faster driver = better driver?

9.) Digital Speedometers

The Benz air freshener.

Cool, so now I can add "modest Ferrari service" to the list of things that are more expensive than my DD Escort wagon.

Well, it's not really a specific model year at all, since it's a one-off made by SVE using the SN95 body. While it doesn't really qualify for this QOTD, it was just so bad ass I felt compelled to mention it.

1999 Mustang Boss. Production(ish) special assembled by Ford SVE with a 598 cu in V8 pushing over 850 hp. Ran the quarter in 10.55 at 135 mph.

The fact that SJP actually wanted a '76 Country Squire just increased my respect for her exponentially. I freaking love those old malaise-era beasts.

I'd bring back two brands from the opposite end of the cost spectrum: Stutz and Plymouth. I'd love to see an over-the-top, unabashedly American, ultra luxury car, with the style and presence sorely missing from Cadillac and Lincoln. Say something like the Cadillac V16 concept, except make it a four door convertible

In 1996 I learned to drive stick in a mid-70s Dodge pickup with a slant 6 and 3-on-the-tree. It was...interesting.
