Weird because many MS execs including Mike Ybarra and Phil Spencer said that the New Xbox One Experience updated Xbox One to Windows 10 and DirectX12.

Yeah, Xbox One is an x86 Windows machine with DirectX, just like the PC. MS has told us many times that the Xbox One runs Windows 10, and they’ve sold developers on their own cross platform development tech for decades.
