So who's holding the gun to Australia's head forcing your country to consume it?

I've eaten two McRibs about ten years apart. The end results were explosively similar.

Your hatred must somehow be working. Us Braves fans are saddled with Fredi for another year....

Good for her. I'm a man who turned 37 this week, and her boobs are holding up better.

So he's the power forward on the Gawker all star team?

Great, another articles about how all Christians are idiots.....

Yep you are exactly right. My sister is an ER nurse, and a few years back they installed a fast track team just to deal with the folks with the sniffles that were convinced they had a dangerous illness.

I know the angle makes it tough to tell, but it could be a case of both guys were going for the ball. The guy who delivered the hit looks for the ball after the ball rather than looking at the receiver. I'm assuming that why there was no targeting call.

This probably is a better question for the article about the defense attorney, but how is stating the accuser initiated the sexual encounter in question slutshaming? To me, that is a concise defense rather than a smear campaign.

Let's allow the guy to defend himself. At the very least, UF won't allow a rapist to play football for them, and if he's exonerated they took things seriously.

I was scared to click on your link at work. Now that I'm home, I salute you. I cracked up, and declare it must view family viewing for all!

Most life insurance (and privately held health insurance) policy specifically state there will be no payout if killed (or injured) participating in auto racing. So even if he had one, it would most likely not have to pay.

I'm a lot like you in that I got plenty of cuts and bruises from playing outside and doing farmwork, and received my share of spankings for my misbehavior as a kid. Just like you, I'm sure I turned out better from it. But after seeing those pictures, man that was straight child abuse. I've never been punished to

One thing you did show is that while Tony is a hothead, he doesn't retaliate with the car. There's a major difference between using the car as a weapon and having a fist fight out of it.

I wouldn't put that much stock in that theory. I imagine the kid was hot about what happened, and reacted accordingly. The only absolute I'd put on this situation is that tracks need to ban getting out of the car without the safety vehicles being there. I think NASCAR needs to set the example and ban it immediately.

We've probably seen all the evidence we have too. Typically, dirt series cars are not allowed to have radios in the car because experienced drivers can block others from passing. So we probably won't have the radio like you would in NASCAR. There's probably going to be tons of unanswered questions on this.

Yep. Even under caution, those cars are still going somewhere around 50 mph. It's just a foolish thing to do. I truly hate that the kid paid with his life.

Race car drivers will weave back and forth under caution and play with the gas pedal as a way of keeping heat in their tires. You'll see that in NASCAR even. If I hadn't been a life long race fan, I'd probably think it was intentional. I just think Tony didn't see him.

I'm just guessing from watching (and watching lots of dirt racing over the years), but it seems like Tony never saw the kid. Tony probably had his foot on the gas since sprint cars idle at a pretty high rpm, and was startled by it. To me, that's why you hear the car rev as he hit him. Either way, it's a tragedy.

As a 30-something year old white guy, I make a general rule that white teenagers are never to be trusted.
