It wouldn’t be the true Millennium Falcon experience without the ride breaking down in the middle of a chase and having to go into the rafters to repair the ship yourself.

There’s also The Clone Wars, which even some of the most ardent prequel-haters admit has some of the best Star Wars in Star Wars. There are many, many scenes of ship-to-ship combat in the series.

It’s by Hiroyuki Imaishi, director of Kill la Kill, Gurren Lagann and Panty and Stocking. It also takes place in the Inferno Cop universe. It’s as loony as you imagine, and definitely one of the stand-outs of the season.

A week. Next episode is this friday. It isn’t an Amazon original (though I’m sure Amazon gave them some cash in order to make those gorgeous visuals), it’s also being played on TV in Japan, so, yeah, as with most other TV anime, there’ll be a week between episodes.

Now playing

Interesting that this isn’t the only steampunk zombie production Studio Wit has going on right now. There’s also Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, which had it’s first episode this past weekend.

It improved greatly in Season 2 and the following seasons. I would highly recommend returning to check it out. Some of Lagertha’s best scenes are in the later seasons as well.

Nope, that’s the villain’s final ghost form. Apparently, without context, he asks them to choose a form, one of them thinks of the logo and that’s what he becomes. There’s no purpose for why he asks them to choose a form, like there was with Gozer, it just....happens.

The concensus is that it’s Maz Kanata, the space pirate character played by Lupita Nyong’o

The filmmakers have been coy about role he's playing. He's got too much charisma to be a minor side character. He's probably a major spoiler that they can't show much of in this trailer.

Calling it now, he actually is playing the Doctor, who is there to fix up the majorly fucked-up Terminator timelines. The first 2/3

Heh, with all of the roles Steve Blum has been in, I think everyone in the animation and video game industry is within 5 degrees or so of Steve Blum.

He looks like a 40-year old salaryman.

If they had a Spiderman-type budget, they could easily depict it, but I doubt this'll have anything close to a budget like that.

Sasha does use a bow and arrow in the manga, and, yes that's supposed to be Sasha, but the axe, RPG and all that is new to this movie. Also, none of those new characters are from the manga either. I'm guessing "Shikishima" is supposed to be Levi and "Kubal" is supposed to be Pixis, by why they would replace their

"Hiana"'s boob flare is the most hilarious one.

That's the most mindblowing thing about it. Apparently, the game company just threw a bunch of cash at Studio Mappa and told them they could do whatever they wanted with the license. Obviously, the studio had a lot of fun making it.

FAVAROOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Seriously, if Rage of Bahamut keeps bringing the good stuff, it may become one of my favorite anime in recent history. Its just so refreshingly different from mainstream anime. Its like a western adventure movie like Pirates of the Caribbean or Indiana Jones.

"AWWWWWKWAAAAAAARD."

I came to that conclusion fairly quickly after hearing about this as well. Seeing how much eastern religion and philosophy has influenced Star Wars, along with Indian-influenced names like Padme/Padma, Shmi/Lakshmi, and even the Gungans(which come from the novel Gunga Din, which in term came from the Ganges), I'm

Is it me or does Sonic look either stoned or sleep-deprived in a lot of the shots?

Someone on Reddit pointed out that the edges of the cape appear to be attached somehow to the rear of the bike. Figures that someone like Batman figured out the cape on bike problem.
