Harness without a HANS isn't such a good idea.

You’re not alone. Three wheeled cars are almost as bad as stance cars as far as I'm concerned. Almost.

It could be an itasha

Most shocking part of this list was skay not being credited for #9.

Was any of the jalopnik staff involved?

Play off the title as if it was an intentional pun referencing the immense torque the engine delivers.

Wonder if all the data they've been getting from their F1 efforts went into improving the crashworthiness of these.

Well, to be fair the truck guy did cross the line first. Imagine the fury when he finally notices that his fully restored 7 series is missing a turn signal stalk.

The BMW 2 Series Active Tourer. BMW has been trying to appeal to a wider market by introducing smaller & more economical cars (while the rest of their fleet grows larger and more expensive). This comes from a long time focus on appealing to enthusiasts, douchebags that want everyone to know they’re enthusiasts, and

The C6 Z06. For decades the corvette had been arguably more of a grand tourer than a proper sports car. The C5zs were no slouch, but it was essentially a c5 with boltons. The C6Zs introduced all kinds of parts that normally weren’t found outside of super car (or race car) territory - aluminum chassis, carbon fiber

This is today’s real NPOCP. I’m voting CP on this one. At that price, there are far more stylish ways to be cremated.

What do you mean “if it weren’t for ComEd?” It’s their plant. An operator didn't follow procedure and they destroyed their steam generator. Plant was too expensive to fix at that point.

I’m surprised with how much I get away with in my c6z. Actually got off with a warning out on some country roads for going waytoofast in a 55 once because “I just had the car tuned on a dyno and wanted to make sure it was driving right on the street.” I wouldn’t say I was being reckless, but I could have definitely

Damn, you’re graynamed. That’s brutal. FWIW I thoroughly agreed with those posts on manuals and the X6M.

Not quite. Tupac was respected during his time and missed after his departure.

I don’t see this as being shady on Ford’s end. IIHS making some not-so-great assumptions to reduce tested vehicles. Not testing different trim levels is one thing, but I don’t understand why they thought they could claim similarity on a cab that’s visibly different from 30 ft away.

I've had a set of winter wheels/tires for all of my cars, so that's not a deal breaker. I have no expectation of being able to handle snow with summer tires just because it has AWD.

There’s always a way to make it work. I like the douche factor of the x6m but the x5m does seem to be the better vehicle.

Doug, you have inspired me to pick up a practical SUV from carmax so that I no longer have to drive my c6z through 4” of snow. Also to trailer it to track days. Thinking of something that’s fun to drive but can still tow a car on an open trailer.

The least gran of all the coupes.
