Yep. Offspring of Wall-E and EVE!
Not only a shirt, but also socks, underwear, and whatever pants/shorts/bottoms you can roll up into the smallest volume, so you’ll have one other set of clothes when the airline loses all of your checked luggage.
No one forces you except how much did you already pay for tickets? You wouldn’t think less of them for hugging neo nazis?
I firmly believe that 99% of cops are good people trying to do good work.
I like the show. It fills my need for more sci-fi, and if you imagine it existing in a different universe (Halo multiverse!) than the games, what’s the problem? Different Master Chief, different decisions.
“Give me a ring, Vasily. One ring only, please.”
Advice for inexperienced passengers:
And Chappelle IMMEDIATELY blames it on trans people.
When does the attacker get his Oscar?
Sounds pretty gay to me.
Funny how the most generically “alpha” peacockers are the biggest whining crybabies.
Yes. If for no other reason than the way employees are treated.
Holy christ, maybe next time let someone who actually enjoyed the trailer do a breakdown of it
I didn’t read anything about Smith being forbidden from being nominated or receiving and Oscar, just him not being able to attend the actual ceremony (Polanski didn’t attend the ‘02 ceremony in person either, since he’d have been arrested once he set foot in the US). As far as I know he wasn’t “expelled”.
I’m definitely of the belief that Cawthorn was lying his ass off when he said he was invited to a coke-fueled orgy. He seems like the type of guy who lies constantly, for no reason, and is used to suffering zero consequences for it and all his other foolish stunts...well, except for that one time...but, it looks like…
Yeah, the vertical impact is odd. Airliners are designed with positive stability, so controls neutral one would tend to pull to a more level position (perhaps not wings level, but not vertically downward). A complete elevator failure in the down position would tend to drive the aircraft to tuck further. That impact…
It doesn’t matter who collects a tax. If the recipient is a government, it is a tax. If the recipient is a company, it is a fee. Stores don’t get to keep your sales tax.
Your repeated use of the word “tax” to describe something that not only isn’t a tax but isn’t even tangentially related to any government is, at best, shoddy journalism. At worst, it’s unethical shilling for the oil industry. Had you bothered to read your primary source, you would know that Borenstein is describing a…
Dude, you’re doing yeoman’s work for the oil companies here by calling it a tax, when it isn’t.
If this fee wasn’t instituted by a local or state government, it’s not a tax. It’s just oil companies sneakily hosing everyone but they call it a “fee” so they can say the base price hasn’t changed.
