It is definately RHD but seems odd that it looks like there is a pillow case over the gauges.

You are self proclaiming him as the biggest voice for the enthusiast, yet admitting that he knows nothing about an entire segment in the car market. Do you not see the error in these ways? Clarkson is a voice for himself and nothing else. Be it his “schtick” or whatever, he not the “biggest voice for the enthusiast”.…

Tail lights on a Durango are different, they have the two little pods that stick outward. I think they would be fairly predominant in the photo. Secondly the upper license plate trim panel has the downward kick to house the Chrysler logo, not see on the dodge, its flat.

Roof Rails don’t line up nor are they color matched, not sure if this was an option or not.

GMC (General Motors Truck Company) is a subsidiary of GM (General Motors Company LLC). GMC is the same as Chevy, Buick and Cadillac to the parrent company GM. 

Only appears to have one exhaust pipe, wonder if the 2nd I5 is show only.
