I get that these seem to be popular again (at least the prices seem to reflect that) but $19K for this non-syncro version is likely $10K more than is reasonable.

Another thing with regards to lending (and this goes for credit unions, banks, and other financing agencies) your credit score does NOT mean you will get approved or get approved for a low rate. Aside from possibly having a good score lenders are also looking at a debt to income ratio.
Easy....don’t drive unless absolutely needed. Wait until the plow trucks come along before taking your kids sledding. Only have a half gallon of milk and 8 eggs? Yeah that should be enough.
While I agree that dealer staff should be trained, even proper training of staff is not going to relate to safer drivers. People still don’t know how to turn their headlights on properly and how many times have we heard about idiots who engage Cruise Control (plain cruise control with no autonomous systems) and then…
I have seen three of these W8 engines here in PA. Granted only one was a wagon. If I didn’t have so many electrical issues with the 2002 Passat my fiancé owned (that was a V6 4-motion) I might be somewhat interested but at that price point I could find a decent Subaru. Might not be as “dope” but would likely last…
I was in the middle of nowhere (Elkhart County) Indiana. I had some mid-sized sedan from Ford (this was 2005 or so) whose name I can not remember. What I do remember is that it was rainy and I had the wipers on full (it was really raining). Every time I stopped at a light or stop sign, the entire car would rock…
When is the U.S. as a whole going to wisen up to the current level of technology available? The reason no one has caught many of these cheating devices (and I almost think everyone is likely doing something to adjust their numbers when testing, as I can’t see this just being a VW thing) is because the agencies who do…
Not sure if I would 100% call this road rage.
Technically one of those badges appears to be the “dealer” badge....again another useless badge dealers STILL put on cars. Like anyone really cares what lot you bought your car from. Even worse, when you buy a used car and the dealer puts their badge on the car and doesn’t remove the one from the original dealer.
I really think they made this video to convince themselves this is what the US needs. Splattering the video with the old bus is actually like a slap in the face considering their prior bus concepts. I’m surprised they didn’t throw in a Thing.
What possessed the truck driver to turn at the very end? There were clearly a ton of open spaces, any of which he could have pulled his turn through, but NOPE! Instead, lets try to pull a super tight turn as close as possible to the ONLY vehicle within sight. This isn’t an accident as much as it is stupidity.
A car that is almost thirty years old, is completely custom, has an American mill under the hood of a German car, and is almost $26k? CP
Neutral: What’s The Biggest Immediate Challenge Facing Autonomous Cars? -
Was thinking the same thing....maybe the legislation should be something along the lines of a way to plug any car seat or booster seat into the car to essentially power the warning sensors on the CAR SEAT instead of making every car have a warning. This way, the millions of people who own 4 door vehicles won’t have to…
You odometer will TELL you that you went 300+ miles but in reality the odometer is hiding a dirty secret.....it clocks 2 miles for every 1 you actually drive. It will be another 10 years before someone figures this out....
Introducing the Apple Car: We believe the future is wheel-less.
I have always wanted one of these but for that price I’ll go out and buy something new. Something without “personality” that will likely leaving me sitting and hurt my wallet even more. Even a more modestly priced one at $32K is insane http://www.gowesty.com/classified-det…
Normally a minivan wouldn’t be in my wheelhouse. My friends and I go camping, kayaking, and hunting quite a bit. If this was a local sale I would check it out. Plenty of room for equipment, AWD, and after haggling the price down to $3k....viola we have a transportation so I don't have to keep being scared when our…
The tires and the fact that this guy probably had the car services at meiniki the last 10 years as well as the missing mileage (do people NOT realize mileage is the first thing you should list?) make me want to CP the shit out of this.
I’m surprised there aren't specifics for the seats other than comfortable. What is comfortable to this person? For instance I absolutely can't stand seats with a built in lumbar support you can't adjust because inevitably it hurts my back. Or, as an example, I had a 2013 Passat. The seats were fine and comfy for a…
