If you made this comment elsewhere on the internet you’d be treated to angry responses from 38 year old men with 300 Spartans as their profile pics lecturing you about how DC films are for adults and people who really “love” film or some shit.

Some? This film is practically dripping in it.

I recently read the book to my son, after having only seen the movie.
The end ending of movie is different from the book - he remains a mouse forever (basically the boy says he wouldn’t want to outlive the grandmother anyway...).

I haven’t been following the news, whatever happened to ol’ what-his-face?

I hated this show growing up. And yeah yeah yeah...I know. Let people enjoy the things they like and all that.

But I meet 30+ years olds who still wax nostalgic about this crap and insist its “awesome” in a 100% non-ironic way.

I just don’t get it.

And if you don’t mind I will go back to yelling at my cloud.

Doggy doggy what now!?

They “care” because Trump’s charm offensive and hopes on a trade deal with China didn’t work.
Now the GOP is back to hating China again?

The humans in this movie are the stuff of nightmares. Why does Ms. Miller look like Baby Jane?

I like the idea that NerdRush is NOT a subset of humanity.

NerdRush: We’re All Soulless Monsters

She’s simply perfect for this role.
I was recently revisiting her episodes of Comedy Bang Bang. Pure. Bliss.

“America’s Worst Couple” had my mind swimming with possibilities.

I think its like the Santa Clause. One dies, the other comes back to life.

Good point. I should have been more precise in my word choice. Thank you.

Finding a 16 year old accused of robbing cars requires SWAT-level tactics?

Ronald “Mac” McDonald from Sunny is pretty good too.

Compared to “It’s created by The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon writer...”? Yes.

Is there something inherently funny about the name ”Ron”? Particularly for idiot side characters?
Ron from Hoops.
Ron from Bob’s Burgers.
Kenneth’s Mom’s Friend Ron from 30 Rock.

I played Pokemon as a kid, but was a little too old to get into the anime.

Now my twins are obsessed with Pokemon and I am watching the shows and movies with them (as well as Pokemon Go and such)
Question: Ash and Pikachu have saved the world how many times? It seems like more people would know who they are, but they

Does Goose not count because she’s actually a Flerken?

I fully understand it’s a cartoon. This requires us to suspend our disbelief in many ways.

But does Pokemon even attempt to explain how people in the crowds aren’t hurt by these battles? Let alone the Pokemon trainer who is standing directly behind their Pokemon?
