I had the same reaction. 

I wouldn’t even say it’s unpopular.  Andy Reid is at his best losing games in the 4th quarter with terrible clock management. 

I know right! I liked fallout 4, but man I missed the elements from the originals that Obsidian could bring.

One issue with Saturn emulation is the architecture, it’s complicated and hardware is hard to come by. With Dolphin, the architecture is PowerPC so there’s a lot more documentation and real hardware is quite common.   Maybe if we start a campaign to get some more devs some Saturns we can jumpstart more work .
