I'm sure there are tons of people who browse all of the Gawker network on their tablets. There's a reason this site has undergone so many layout changes. Loading .gifs just breaks the scrolling and loading.

I don't think I'm special. I'm a tablet user who gets tired of waiting for large images to load.

I browse on a tablet and it slows my loading time down. Cry "it's just your problem" all you want if you're going to respond that way, I'm just saying it gets old and fast.
