Actually, if he did die from Vicodin OD, that would be pretty bad, since it was probably the APAP overload that killed him easily as likely as it could’ve been the opiates. And dying from APAP poisoning is an extremely painful process that takes hours.

Huh, usually methadone would block out any opiate highs from hydrocodone. He must’ve taken a ton of Vicodins in an attempt to overcome the euphoria barrier methadone would’ve put up against it. Either that or he mixed some other non-narcotic meds in as well which he shouldn’t have.

Guy probably went overboard with the hydrocodone, since you would kinda have to if you wanted to feel them over methadone.

Why would people object to it being OTC? It’s not abusable in any way. In my state doctors will give you free vials of it if you ask.
