I think I’ve flown on united once but other than that I always fly southwest. Usually the flights are decently priced to where I’m heading. I wouldn’t say it’s the most enjoyable experience but being in a flying tube with other people is mostly going to suck no matter what.

I go to my gym at 2am for exactly this reason. It has 6 squat racks but even that isn’t enough when it’s normal morning or even workout times. I’m just glad it’s open 24 hours so I can go whenever.

I know it’s probably all in my head but I swear the last month I’ve started wearing either compression shirts or pants depending on the workout I did for the rest of the day after a hard workout and I am very rarely sore the next days.
