Well the Loki in Infinity War was killed by Thanos, but the Loki in Endgame created another personal timeline when he escaped with the Tesseract. So it’s not really a Loki in an alternate universe, but it is Loki in a new timeline.
I HAVE BEEN (mentally) SCREECHING ABOUT THE HAWKEYE LOGO FOR A SOLID 15 MINUTES NOW
Great to see Daveed Diggs in this, he deserves much more recognition, Blindspotting was highly underrated.
trailer frenzy is proving its name today
“In episode three, we have a pretty serious Batman villain show up thinking, ‘I’m going to f—ing kill Batman,’”
Please can’t we have episode where they just happen to stop by Deep Space Nine?!!!
Seven of Nine, Data, and Hugh the Borg from the TNG season five episode “I, Borg”, with Jeri Ryan, Brent Spiner, and Jonathan Del Arco reprising their roles. Also confirmed by showrunner Michael Chabon at the panel? Jonathan Frakes (who is also directing several episodes of the series) and Marina Sirtis will reprise…
Yeah, the problem of a hero with a black and white worldview was pretty thoroughly explored in the original Watchmen comic book. Rorschach’s inability to compromise his views made him a very unhappy, unstable individual who couldn’t even function with his masked hero peers, let alone the normal society. His biggest…
Taika Waititi is having the best life right now, isn’t he?
Agent Blake might not be a new character, though; she introduced herself as “Laurie Blake” — meaning she could be Laurie Juspeczyk, a.k.a. Silk Spectre II, ten years older and now using the surname of her biological father.
Never read the books, but from playing the games I liked the contrast of Yennefer as a much older character that looks young and Geralt who is the grizzled tough guy and monster slaying savant but is generally immature in his world view and relationships.
I mean, as age differences go, it’s less creepy than your average Bond movie.
Buba Duck with a Buba Cluba!
The shot of the Skeksis running is EVERYTHING!
Having looked into it, he was a She-ra villain in the cartoons, the Snake men never made it to He-man. But it does seem like a big coincidence that they should appear just as Adora is asking where she came from. (Also, why is nobody asking where, or what Greyskull is? For the honour of grey skull sounds kinda strange…
(Sorry, I’m going to fanboy the fuck out here for a minute.)
Was that one of the Snake men? Plus a few snakes? Snake men being the original occupiers of Snake Mountain, Skeletor’s home on Eternia, (where Adora actually comes from?) Or am I reading too much into this?
“The problem with the new Lion King is that the animals just aren’t expressive enough”
I am assuming its Gina Torres, thus confirming my Firefly/Star Trek fan fiction universe
