So...they have data that says I...watch TV? They probably had that anyway since I, you know, bought a TV. Presumably to watch.

Not sure, to be honest. The article isn’t really clear on that. It does say up to 1 TB, which could mean it comes with 32 GB standard, or 512 GB standard.
Just curious what you mean by no real storage? It does come with a 1TB SSD.
That does seem to be his M.O...
No Game.Com on the list? Really? It had a touchscreen and internet capabilities way back in 1997! Oh wait, it was Game.Com. Never mind, carry on.
That’s correct. Loud ads, with banners often stacked 4+ deep between articles and plastered everywhere else. If you check your task manager’s CPU load on your browser with and without an ad blocker, it’s amazing the difference it makes. It literally makes Chrome slow to a crawl on my laptop without the blocker active.
Yep. Here’s a tip, if it’s new and at least tangentially related to the tech industry, Gizmodo will cover it by telling you how evil it is and that you’re a bad person for using it/supporting it, while also getting paid by them. I had to turn my ad blocker back on because Kinja is ridiculous and borderline unusable wit…
So, you knew the outcome of the whole game in like 15 minutes? Incredible!

To me, that fears about buying a car from Hertz/Enterprise/Avis/any other rental company are over-exaggerated.
I guess there’s no chance your marketing department is going to stop shilling for Amazon every chance they get? I mean, practically every single “article” on The Inventory is more or less just a link to a product sold via Amazon, where your company gets a commission.
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.”
I don’t know how other manufacturers haven’t figured it out by now, but it doesn’t seem like it should be all that hard to get decent battery life out of a WearOS device. I’ve had my TicWatch Pro for over a year now with daily use, and I can still easily get 36-48 hours out of a full charge. Hell, in essential mode…
It’s true. It can make even a base model 1998 Ford Escort fun.
I really like Mazda’s current design language, with the whole “less is more” aesthetic going on. But yikes, I absolutely agree with you that the black plastic cladding feels out of place. It really cheapens the entire look of it.
From the Soul to the Stinger, the company sticks to names not alphanumerics.
Gin and tonic. I like them just fine on the ground too, but I seem to order them with more frequency at a few tens of thousands of feet in altitude.
Not a single mention of Cris Collinsworth now-meme’d line of “Now, here’s a guy...”
Would have been sweet...
I’ll admit, I have only driven three minivans in the past 5 years. A Toyota Sienna, Chrysler Pacifica, and VW Routan. I get that they are family haulers far above all else. But they are also mind-numbing to drive.
