To my knowledge Stewart is fond of the Picard character. While he might consider that chapter closed and isn’t really looking to bring him back - if someone comes up with an approach that is interesting to I am sure he wouldn’t mind revisiting Picard.

I don’t think he was ever “done” with Picard, at least, not to the extent that Harrison Ford was so publicly “done” with Han Solo after 1983. Stewart wanted to move on and take new roles after the movies fizzled out, but it’s been 16 years now and he might be ready to come back.
