I think it’s intentionally funny. There’s tension because you don’t know what’s about to happen, and then he comes out and does the dance. It’s still creepy and weird, but a little relieving too.

There’s many people that disagree it’s a happy ending. This wasn’t the afterlife. It’s two really convincing AIs that think they’re Kelly and Yorkie, while the real Kelly and Yorkie are dead and gone.

Seems like a pretty elegant solution to the cartridge problem.

Probably more of a time commitment than “issues.” Wolf is still in development and once it’s done they can start the process.

Depends how you felt about it. I felt like the ending was up for interpretation. The real people are dead, San Junipero is just full of really convincing ai that think they’re people. It’s not really them. ;)

I take extra effort to be super chill in this situation. If I’m in the aisle seat, i always ask if the passenger next to me has a bag I can grab for them. I hand them their bag, and we sit patiently until it’s our time THEN WE ROLL OUT OPTIMUS PRIME STYLE
