So I walked out of my job yesterday. Like, handed over the office key and peaced da faq out. I haven’t quit a job like that in at least 15 years. (I work in entertainment ((costume dept)) so I switch up jobs frequently.) My boss, the designer, is/was such a hack AND a lazy fuck that I finally reached the breaking…

Here’s a few of my inexplicable experiences, some creepy, one really sweet:

Last night, I had a dream where I could see through my eyelids. I was in my bed laying on my side. A hand went around my neck and I could feel someone resting their face on my cheek. It freaked me out and woke me up. I could still feel the place where they were resting their face on mine.

I rediscovered the Stila smudge stick in Damsel. Damsel is such a great rich dark brown eyeliner.

We have a new puppy! I only had to do an 8 hour round trip in the car with my kids and my wee dog to pick her up. And we really didn’t know for sure that she’d be there (the SPCAs in this area are notoriously bad at updating their sites). But we got there before opening and we fell in love and took her home.

I wash my legs because I pee in the shower.

I’ve never understood what the problem is with peeing in the shower. The drain goes to the sewer and you’re saving a flush without having pee water sit in your bathroom for ages.

Same here! Except I do pee in the shower. MUAHAHAHAHAHA

Water falls on your legs while you shower so why bother getting down there with soap?
