From watching the vid and watching the screen, you can tell that the car “sees” the things it’s attempting to crash into. And yet, it continues right at them anyway (or tries to pass the one car likely because there was no or insufficient dividing lines, which is super common in cities). This is…almost worse than the…
So you may have touched on something here. Most (that is, normal) people don’t know the visual difference between a leaky HG and a leaky valve cover gasket. I had a 08 Legacy that had the same issue as yours - small drips, drop on the driveway every night - and the dealer diagnosed it as needing a new HG. Did it? No…
So I was raised with an inherent…cheapness?…that the prevalence of delivery apps indicates is not universal. Dominos, for example, not only charges a deliver fee plus tip, but ALSO charges more for their food (or I suppose just doesn’t have certain everyday coupons) if you order delivery. See also: just about…
The only reason to eat fried chicken is to eat fried chicken skin. Until they can make fake chicken skin outta plants, no deal.
Man has adequate budget to purchase three or four family cars, even in today’s market. New Legacy, CX-5 or 9, and a Maverick and still would be under budget. Toss in a preowned Boxster for the lolz.
You make a good point. Any top-trim Ford, Subaru, Mazda, VW, etc will give you more features than a comparably priced BMW, will likely be more reliable, and will hold value better.
What the heck is with these comments today?
Subaru Outback XT Touring. There’s only 52 within 500 miles of me per Autotrader, which is up from about 23 only a few weeks ago.
I’ve historically always purchased cars from 250+ miles away (new and used) and will refuse to get an imperfect combination. Right now I’m trying to grab a new car at a dealer 375 miles away because it’s one of the very few in the country right now.
I’m sure if anyone clicks NP, it’s only because their screen was covered in coffee from the spit take they did when they saw that price 😂
Totally…propane tanks are the one item that has a solid value of $30-40 regardless of age or condition.
Intel’s plant in Albuquerque/Rio Rancho helps prop up the local economy, so there’s precedent for them not being totally awful when it comes to jobs and hiring practices. Though I agree that it’s good to be skeptical about whether or not Columbus will be all that is planned right now.
Motor Authority posted a photo of the white one at the press event that looks like it’s wearing 18” wheels (it’s a little hard to read that tire size but it’s def not the 20” that’s shown on the silver car). So it’s possible although still not ideal.
Once you give the algorithm some time to figure you out, the content for 30-40 year olds is really great. If you’re interested in gaming / construction / whiskey / food / pop culture from the 00s / current news and events / history / science etc, there’s really illuminating and intelligent content. Just start…
The Lexus LX actually has off-roading capabilities. No one is going to use it for that within the next 20 years, but it does have its place.
Time for LS swap? 😉
I totally agree man. We talked about this before during the Oppo days, because I was 97% ready to buy a GX470. Ended up with a LR4. I still have a soft spot for the GX but it was hard to find a good one for sale, since everyone wants to keep them :P
I’m not defending austerity! Spend the money! I’d love to pull 98% of the military’s budget away and spend it on programs that work. But I work for the government and know that’s not realistic. You’ve got to exist within the playbook you’re given and, within the playbook that we’ve been given to battle Covid, four…
Oh it’s totally stupid. I shouldn’t have to stalk Walmart’s website for the ten minutes once every few weeks that covid tests become available. But they just don’t exist so…🤷🏻♂️
