Fun Fact One: I was at both Atlanta playoff games. Many of goals were scored by both sides (I think the final the first night was something like 6-5). Despite the L’s there’s nothing quite like playoff hockey.

What the heck is this garbage? Can you even do that, or do NFL rules mandate a white goal line?

Ironically, Doug, I got into a 500L here in Denver yesterday because our car’s in the body shop. Of everything available, I figured it’d at the very least be the most interesting (and something my wife would be comfortable driving). My thoughts:

Atta boy.

He looked quite a bit older when he pulled that hat off. Hairline aside, it sure was nice to watch him put together a competitive looking tournament this weekend. Hell, even this afternoon’s round looked a lot better than the 90 I shot this morning. Ugh.

Best show on television.

As a Braves fan who lives in Denver, the Rockies are becoming my second team. Can I have that lineup with the Braves rotation (with Kimbrel.)

Because I’m not up on my MLB current stadium guidelines...is it not mandatory that walls have padding, or do stadiums built before a certain era get a pass? I don’t think Fenway has ‘em either. We can rebuild them.

This is a good idea. Fireworks shooting upwards out of the pylon?

Which brings up a legitimate question. Given the health risks to players, will football as we know it go away, and eventually be replaced with a Jetsons-esque game played by robots? Better yet, human controlled ones.

ROBOTS

I'd be down for some high-res goal line skycams (I don't go to games anyway, so the wires aren't going to obstruct my view.) But yeah, I wasn't sure on the limitations. Hawkeye always seems like sorcery to me anyway. As for the chips...there's got to be something, right?

What I've never understood is why they wouldn't just install a chip in the ball that interfaces with some sort of detector positioned inside/on the pylon.

This needs more stars.

Well, we're glad you're still around. Keep fighting the good fight.

My wife suffers from depression, and as someone who doesn't, I can't fathom the head space she's in at times. So here's some advice for SO's, friends, and/or family:
