Interesting. I think the Mazda is objectively elegant but if I were voting with my dollars, having thought about it more since we made this little video clip, I would buy a Veloster N. In fact, I might some day.
I’m not sure if you are being serious about not knowing what “white Mercedes” is, or not. I suspect or not.. But I’m pretty sure she is talking about the white ecstasy pills with the Mercedes star pattern pressed into them. As it relates to the video, yeah you’re right. A video with cars in it titled white Mercedes…
We rarely know everything behind a stranger’s situation. Maybe she had a death in the family and booked last-minute tickets to attend the funeral. Maybe another family member just called to say they’re suicidal or in desperate medical condition, and she dropped everything and booked the only seats she could grab.
I mean, you’re going to argue with the Honda Beat?
The only people who want special treatment are whiny males like you.
when she found she was making nearly eight to 10 times less than her fellow co-writer, Peter Chiarelli, a white man.
Yeah, because Nintendo has absolutely no previous experience or market research to say that a small, handheld gaming device would sell...
Pfft, Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition says otherwise.
I only got half way through the baby, the rest is in a doggy bag in my fridge. I don’t know why I bothered to save it, I am just going to throw the rest away tomorrow...
It’s virtually the same pitch. He just didn’t try to murder somebody with it.
One word: Reliability. On paper the GTI might be a better value, but the hassle factor of VW ownership is a significant disincentive to buy one.
The Mazda 3 tops out where the GTI begins. And the new 3 is more powerful than any of the previous (not counting the speed3). So depending on how the features/options works out, and what is more of a priority to a given buyer, going with the GTI may be the choice that is the lesser car, even if it does have more power.
GTI is considerably more. MSRP starts at 23K for the Mazda, 27K for the GTI. Looking at comparable features, the premium Mazda 3 is 27K, while the GTI SE is 32K, and goes up from there. If I were in the market for a hatchback and liked both of these vehicles, I would rather pay 27K for a nearly fully loaded vehicle…
The GTI is $5000 more than this and costs alot more to maintain. So no, it does not have this honda beat in every category. The focus St is a bit outdated.
With AWD?
Do you have evidence of this? Using the “build” tool on each maker’s websites, only the Corolla and Mazda3 are available with a manual transmission in the highest trim levels.
Do any of the competitors offer a manual on the highest trim level? The Mazda 3 does.
The bike in the second pic is a Suzuki Tu250X, and is a lightweight but surprisingly capable and inexpensive bike. Great to learn on, or even for light city use even for bigger people. It’s fuel injected and clockwork reliable, and gets crazy good milage. Definitely look into it.
I know, look at those losers, Honda and Toyota, only 1st and 4th in global sales YTD 2019.
