Archer. Obviously. Any and all episodes.

He films in such slow motion, the humour is only catching up to us now...

Wait, Zack Snyder has a sense of humour? Where the heck has he been hiding it lately?

This would make a great short story or a terrible horror movie.

It's been long established in experimental psychology that hallucinations can be conditioned simply by association with a time or situation.

I still believe that cell phone hallucinations are you ignoring the call of a lonely ghost.

I remember seeing this in the theater, and (*spoilers*) that moment when the hero stabs the old lady in the throat with a metal ruler, somebody in the audience screamed out loud:

Er, you're not supposed to be scared. It's a Sam Raimi horror, in the same vein as the Evil Dead series. It's a horror-comedy.

I don't think the Leprechaun series was ever supposed to be scary.

Out of curiosity, have you ever seen Wes Craven's New Nightmare? It does a decent job of putting horror back in the series, at least for one film.

I don't think Rami knows how to do straight horror. I mean the demonic goat bleating in tongues probably sounded scary on paper, but then when you actually watch it just comes out as hilarious.

Oh I agree - I still hold it as the most disappointing movie ever. I think the only reason it had any success was because of the build up and that after people saw they realized they had been hoodwinked and just didn't want to admit it. That movie just really pisses me off.

Signs.

that's scary how much it looks like Utah
