The title of this is thematically appropriate. Well done.

I don’t disagree with you, and I am very inclined to see this type of behavior as attention whoring and virtue-signaling. That being said, we really do not know what these celebs do in their true private life. Many may indeed be donating anonymously, volunteering their time in soup kitchens, helping people off-screen.

As someone who suffers from asthma and had pneumonia twice in one year in the mid-10's, I can tell you that it is weird and very scary, and the lower respiratory illness kind of sneaks up on you because it does not necessarily have obvious signs of congestion until you’re in danger. I am terrified of this COVID-19 dise

Not to mention it’s a new pathogen for which we have no immunity, nor are there any vaccines we could get.

They just parrot what Fox News tells them to believe.

Fox News clearly has a type. I can’t tell these two morons apart.

She probably put in it one of the 5 pearls she took out of Westworld with her, just as she put Bernard’s into a new body. One of the trailers/sneak peeks had Dolores holding up a mirror to Charlotte and saying “let me show you who you have to pretend to be.”

Teddy was beamed to Host heaven by Dolores in the season 2 finale.

How far is the beanbag to your fridge? That’s an important element.
The closer the better.

Oh, crap. I had not thought of RBG. Yikes

It was likely name recognition so the show would be picked up. Chevy was the most famous of them when the show started, although he had been out of the spitlight for a while.

Community had been in Hulu for years, alongside other good stuff; it’s not like you couldn’t watch it for a reasonable price (Hulu subscription is cheaper than Netflix).

I second this.

Speak for yourself. This older person remembers their breakup differently from you.

Exactly

Is that really such a weird way of looking at it? I mean, it is business as usual for the cycle of life on earth. Is it just us old people that look at it like this?
I don’t mean that it doesn’t scare the crap out of me, but one can look at stuff from various points of view.

Snobs, they're just like us!

Not for US and Japan.

It needs Totoro.

I wish the Picard facebook group I am in would have these types of discussions in it. Instead we get people bitching that Picard is too old, that there’s not enough space battles, and that people wearing sunglasses or struggling with alcoholism are “not canon” or are “not realistic” for the Star Trek future.
