Bit late, but just read the article and was shuffling through the replies. Yep Camber of the wing is the shape of the airfoil, wonder if they would consider this dihederal of the rear fins, or if they actually would group them in more with stabilators.

Great movie!!

Damn!! Props to the tire and or wheel manufacturer though, the front right looks like the bead still held!!!

Hahah, I have a Typhoon that weighs a good 5-600lbs more than a Syclone and it’ll STILL shit all over these and the SRT8 Jeep with only about $1500 worth of upgrades... :-)

This has been happening to Bandimere Speedway in Morrison, CO for years probably even a decade or better now... which is funny cause it used to be built waayyyy the fuck out of town out by Red Rocks Ampetheater. Then a bunch of yuppies decided it was beautiful out there and built houses maybe a few miles way...

Can full of SeaFoam through the brake booster vacuum hose every other oil change do ya right up! But I digress since we both know that average Joe non car guy isn’t going to do any of that :-/

Hahaha, live in Colorado and say that. I watch the turbo 4's just dust the 6's up the hills here cause of the altitude!

Eh, with the correct design/assembly and boosting the engine in mind it’s really not all that hard to do anymore. With more motorsports running smaller displacement engines and as such relying on forced induction to compensate, the technology has come up a bunch in the last 10 years or so I would say and still getting

Meh... it’s all in what you want honestly... Turbo lag can be all but eliminated, however you must make concelation to lose something else (usually peak top end horsepower) quite simple really, just reduce the overall size of the turbocharger but make sure the wastegate is up to task of flowing all the the bypass

Nahhhh, see as someone who grew up with deep roots in mini trucks etc. there was never anything wrong with making a car “sit pretty” but this bullshit of 15 degree’s of negative camber and stretching like a 265 tire to a 10.5” wheel is pure fucking ridiculous. You can totally have a “stanced” car that will also

As a Transgender woman who is about to go walk in the Denver Pride parade and then subsequently work the Transgender Programs resource booth, I just wonder when it will actually get better.... it seems like 1 step forward 2 steps back in some instances. I know that I’m going to have to talk to kids whos parents either

It still amazes me that dudes like this can build a car with magnetos and huge ass 14-71 blowers but cannot GRAB FUCKING NEUTRAL when the car get’s out of shape.... Aye yaye aye....

Just another of the many reasons that make me prefer mine built not bought!!

14-71 and approx 500 cubic inches of displacement itself :-)

Now playing

The end of this song does the exact same thing. “No human sound can stand up to it” :-)

As a person who has grown up at a drag strip, and crewed on top alky and nitro pro mods, sir I do believe your recount of events here to be quite accurate and the best I’ve read so far! Good job bruddah!

Are you referring to the malformation of the tire? because that’s actually perfectly normal and calculated for. These tires are massive and seldom run over 15psi in them, that’s what the massive beadlock on the rim is for. This allows for a few things to happen, a good wrinkle wall on launch, and then centrifugal

See that nice neat little @reedtimmertvn tag in the corner?

The same attitude and logic could be applied to your bullshit rant... In case you are just a massive puss behind the wheel or fuck all terrible at judging speed he wasn’t driving erratic or appear to be in excess of speed. When the car did step out on him, I have a very hard time believing that the vehicle was
