Agreed. And I grew up watching this show as a kid in the 90’s. Not even nostalgia can make it watchable.

No. The number of movies based on comics compared to other sources is laughably low... plus you’ve got a cat avatar, you can’t get trendier than that.
They’re going with blue/reddish hair, cause that’s usually Harley’s look in Suicide Squad.
What the hell is going on here? Great job America.
So Gordon as Batman is basically Robocop + Iron Man, with bunny ears.
I only own one (Bowser, my SSB4 main) but I like the idea that you can train them and pit them against other players and/or their amiibos. They actually begin to replicate your own play style and habits.
It wasn’t rigged. If you knew anything about boxing, you can tell that Mayweather won fair and square just by watching the fight. Manny is the only one here with a style that can dismantle people like Tyson did. But Mayweather’s style prevents that from happening. Why do people that don’t know anything about boxing…
Wut... and I thought it was Calendar Man’s role to be the Lecter of the DC world.
You can argue this all night. If anything here was gonna be a fix, was Manny winning. Cause as a long time boxing fan, I can tell you that Mayweather won this fight fair and square. And yes, I wanted Manny to win.
The same thing applies to many other sports, as well as many other fields. Boxing surprisingly has lower numbers when it comes to concussions, than them. And boxing is more than just punching... But what would you know?
If you actually knew anything about boxing you would know that it was actually fought without judges decades ago. Fights used to go on for 20+ rounds. You can find a lot of them on Youtube. There was more corruption in those times as well. The UFC also had this system in the 90’s, which was a bad idea.
Deadspin seems to be more interesting in the drama and politics surrounding sports figures, than on the sports themselves. While I believe those topics have their place in sports journalism, the fact that this is all they’ve been covering regarding boxing, is sad.
Because there is a difference between the man inside the ring and the one outside. Mayweather outside the ring is a scumbag; but inside he is a great strategist, with a ridiculously effective style built on centuries worth of refinement. Hell, he didn’t even face Manny until he was way below his peak. That’s one great…
Casuals don’t see the sport the same way hardcore fans do, literally. They just don’t understand it. I was also new to it at some point, and have many friends who only watch the big fights. They also can’t differentiate between the man inside the ring, and outside of it. And when it’s politically charged, then it’s…
Hah, good one. Look at all of them crying about you “crying”.
I already mentioned that he never achieved a high rank on any martial art. He trained with Yip Man and other high ranking WC masters, right, but he never got far in ranking. Plain and simple.
Skin their faces and put them on chest plates.
He wasn’t a Wing Chun instructor. He never reached high ranking training in Wing Chung. Mainly due to the racism in the WC scene at the time.
You’re right, but Lee is a bad example. Try Mayweather Jr instead (@3:17 look at the way he opens his eyes wide, using his peripherals to see his opponent’s punches):
Bruce Lee was just an actor with sweet natural athleticism that never got tested, on anyone worth the time.
