Datsun 240z. They used to be a dime a dozen. Rough examples can still go stupid cheap. but these have been gaining appreciation (financially and otherwise) so much so that a excellent condition one is easily 15-20k.

1960s and 70s full size-wagons. Seems like the minivan generation has developed an appreciation for them. However, for decades they were shunned in the collector market for the flashier coupes and convertibles.
