She seems to want to keep that privilege after transitioning.

Yes. Crazy, right? They weren't writing to the home crowd….

True. She should be feeling the Johnson now atleast….*COUGH*

All I've read about Richards is that he's another Chevy Chase, wanting to be taken seriously as a comedian and an actor and largely being difficult to work with because of that. While Chase is a complete jerk on every level, Richards is supposedly just more of a 'star' who insists on getting respect. Either way, my

Reading the comments and having seen an episode of the show, Caityln just seems to have been a completely self-absorbed narcissist of the highest order. I can give her that she's a rich and selfish person and therefore wanted to keep as much of her money as she could so she would prefer Romney who would gladly hand

The sweet spot for the DotD, is around 5K. If you won more than that then the odds drop to 1 in 3 being a better deal. So every time I see somebody give up a 14K car or some large trip package I scream at my TV for being greedy dunces…

That was physically depressing to read. Can we bottle up this man's writing for future use in drug programs? He's the perfect downer…

Thanks! I'll have to try them. I saw somebody reintroduced them for a time but then they made them awful oreo duplicates. I'll check around because my grandparents were old school and fed me more hydrox than I care to mention…

Gator and Nutra are both for the record delicious. I was offered Nutra meat by a student last semester when we were talking about the Cajun Navy and how until I got down here 'Coonass' was extraordinarily derogative (it's still somewhat, but it does directly refer to Cajuns more so than any connotation it had to the

Long hours, big money in tips at the higher-end restaurants. I've had students tell me about being servers and bartenders in the French Quarter where 5K worth of Coke may just pop out of a guy's pocket and be done on the counter and then offer some to the tender….

Blizzards haven't been the same since Oreos replaced hydrox in them. Where hydrox were just barely choclately, with a hint of lemon/citrus oreos are sugar-filled devil discs (I still eat them..). So it's like two-barrels of crystalline hell to the face.

This is literally all I think about of Shia LaBeouf now…

Family Guy trades in seriously old references which is kind of why i think a lot of their better jokes get watered down when the writing room realizes they're 20 years older than their target audience.

Warner Bros was sitting there trying to write cartoons that were capable of being watched by kids but hit the adults just as well. Tex Avery's 1940's cartoons were viewed just as often by adults as children, really that was the era when Cinema was TV with long running continuous showings and shorts in between. It's

awwww……It's a strawman when you say I want to restrict free speech. I would gladly box up 4chan and set it on fire to stop the hatemongers from having a big home but they would filter out to other hatemonger sites inevitably. The difference is that while 4chan is about absolute freedom, well absolute freedom creates

Nice strawman. How about this, I don't mind you being an unrepentant racist, bigot, or misogynist in the privacy of your own home. But when you decide you need to broadcast that in a public place, getting allies, and seeking to attack and offend others. That's when I have to step up and say something.

Spoken by somebody who appreciates 4chan. Your opinion isn't invalid but you really exposed your biases.

Generally open vs. absolutely open are pretty simple to discern positions. Neither Reddit nor Twitter are absolutely open, they don't purport to be nor do they in general follow that view. I think people confuse marginal management against tyranny with censorship.

I enjoyed watching the two of them get together again, I see people are commenting that Frowney & Smiley are gay but I just don't quite see it. In general I think we read too much into platonic relationships and this show has a complex history of same-sex coupling/not-coupling/somewhere inbetween.

Not really, I think people read waaayyyy too much into their friendship. Smiley & Frowney came across as two very close friends who fell apart, I think the subtext of Frowney being such a negative and depressed character created an inadvertent illusion of romance.
