I literally just did this, and while removing the actual OS is easy, removing the boot.img (especially from windows 8) is not.

Thanks for the advice. It is frustrating, but I do see their point. I guess there is no other solution than to just wait it out. It wouldn't be quite so bad if they hadn't messed up payroll checks before (not because of lack of funds, just lack of intelligent leadership).
