I don’t know why I do this! I catch myself all the time and it drives me crazy. I don’t even feel like I’m trying to sound less authoritarian. I am more than happy to sound like that and let the kids know that there is no wiggle room, but it just slips in.

I just don’t have the time for gaming like I used to. I mainly play Marvel Puzzle Quest and indie games on my Macbook. But this has me very interested in jumping back in.

My coworker suggested that there should be a separate set of games for e-sports and other predominately mental competitions (board games perhaps?).

I have a Slickdeals alert set up so I got the notification on my phone and I almost didn’t believe my eyes. I ordered 2 since I know I’m bound to have a friend who can’t get their hands on one.

I agree about him not finishing the series. And I understand how he feels. I know I’d have a lot of trouble writing an epic fantasy novel when many of the major twists and plot points have already been shown on TV. Having said that, he put himself in this position.

haha, well your mileage may vary. I was born in the early 80's, so just having all of those things smushed together, elegantly or not, in one story was fun.

Is it a masterpiece of literature? No. Is it a fun, quick read full of awesome pop culture references? Yes.

I really need to get back into Doctor Who (I’m still in the David Tennant seasons). I loved Jodie Whittaker in Broadchurch. She was so great in that role. I can’t wait to see what she does in such a huge role as the Doctor!
