It has competitors - they are called pickup trucks. The Taco is probably the #1 competitor - but any extended cab smaller AWD pickup is pretty much a direct competitor (Nissan has one too).

Quite a few turbo cars make more power then indicated - Audi, BMWs etc. The big reason is if they compete with a larger displacement non-turbo engine that is up the food chain.. They down rate the turbo to avoid anger from the marketing department.

Autonomous cars will lead initially to more traffic not less. Only when AD cars are mandated would we have less traffic.

People have this case all wrong.. Judge saw was Brady was getting railroaded for something he didn’t do - and carefully crafted a decision to get him off.

Okay I will admit was just a V-6 Jeep I rented one time.. But it wasn’t a whole lot of fun. Felt really heavy and kinda tipsy. My parents had one of the earlier jeeps - and they feel much sportier and kinda fast.

Challenger goes around curves just fine. I’d say as well as other luxo Coupes that are its size like Bentleys and Mercedes S Coupe and the BMW M6. When you put it in that class - where it belongs you are getting a screaming bargain.. Its like American version of a those super cruisers.

Yes for drivability with an auto - you just get the best results with a high torque engine (at low rpms). For manuals though you can use your low gears to compensate much better. I think transmisions and gears really belong in any article about torque for this reason.

It’s really helpful when you get a chance to climb inside. When you are limited to just looking at a car it’s not that useful. But the internet does tell you how a car fits you.. So IMHO car shows are always something I want to see..
