No they weren’t. There will always be an audience for theater viewing; no matter how big HD screens get, the experience is impossible to replicate at home (unless you’re rich and can build one of those private screening rooms).

They said TV was going to kill it; they said the VCR was going to kill it...it’s survived

I hate myself for saying it but that looks kinda cool. It has character at least

How did a nuanced and sympathetic take get that headline?

If only I cared.

Every time I read something about the “vanlife” crowd it makes my opinion of them go down a bit more, even when I think it possibly can’t.

I trust that the hot water kept us safe from the virus.

Stay home. Stop procrastinating & fix your collection of shitheaps.

Because they’re leaving room for the $100K version that’s coming.

I disagree. The rendering looks like a mustang rear end hastily photoshopped onto a c8 with the windscreen pushed back. The C7 looks much better than that render.  That said, I adore the C8 body.

Sidenote: I love it when they bring in a disabled actor to play a character whose disability is not a focal point in any way, you know, like how we encounter people in real life. Remains a rarity to see that on tv, even if it is just a guest character.

This episode SUCKED. Other than the origin story scene just outside the classroom between Forest and Katie, I REALLY didn’t need most of this back history. Do we really need Lily and Sergei’s “meet cute?” No. Not really. Does HOW Amaya died matter to the story and overall crimes being done here?! No. If my child died,

There’s some so disingenuous about critiques of suburbia. They’re always so smug and superior in their condescension of the suburban lifestyle. It’s got a mean streak of classicism in it, held only by people who were privileged enough to be raised in the suburbs (or better). I mean, I’m one of those people. And would

Jeez, I guess I’m the only one who is supremely underwhelmed by Jesse Eisenberg. I find him one-note and irritating.

Alas, “Stop” is not an option.

Turns out that the sales of a car thats more expensive than a miata convertible but slower than a miata convertible is dwindling...

I haven’t seen the third episode yet, but her acting is terrible, and she’s the main character(!).

Is anyone thrown off by Lily’s bad acting? Maybe it’s because she’s not used to a starting role but it’s hurting my enjoyment of the show.

Lily is incredible at portraying the anxiety of someone who is quietly worried.

May I assume you’ve never driven either car? I have driven both in mixed driving and neither one has a problem keeping up with 80 mph traffic. I believe the BRZ/86 could use a little more power but “too underpowered to feel comfortable in traffic”? Not a chance. If you’re even close to middle age then you’ve probably
